Top 4 star hotel with over 280 rooms in Oxfordshire requires an experienced Agency Sales Manager to join their busy sales team. This national role is very proactive and involves a lot of travelling and staying out for 2-3 nights per week. You will need to have an excellent understanding of the corporate, conference and agency markets. You will be upselling all of the group`s properties, including hotels, conference and hospitality venues. You will make around 10-12 appointments per week and will be supported by a telesales assistant. You will have excellent communication skills, confidence and ability to cope with this field sales role involving travel. A background in a hotel sales and management is essential. They need a client-focused individual who is able to professionally liaise with clients. In return they offer a substantial package of £30K+benefits+ bonus and much more.
